Red Pepper & Tomato Soup

<div style=' background:#FFFFFF;color:#000000;font-size:15px;font-family:Verdana;width:auto;padding:5px;max-height:100%;'><span><p><p>This oh-so-easy to make tasty and creamy soup takes less than 15 minutes and can be had with<br>toasted bread, pasta or can be had just by itself with crispy croutons.<br><b><u>Ingredients:</u></b><br>3 tomatoes<br>2 carrots<br>2 colored peppers<br>1 large potato<br>2 medium onions<br>4 cloves garlic<br><u><b>Garnish:</b></u><br>salt<br>black pepper<br>chopped fresh parsley<br>garlic powder, onion powder<br>red chili flakes<br>crumbled feta, crispy croutons <br>heavy cream or butter<br><u><b>How to make:</b></u><br>- In a large pot add all the above ingredients.<br>- Turn on the stove and allow the ingredients to boil till all vegetables are cooked and<br>soft.<br>- Once boiled, let the mixture cool down for 10 minutes.<br>- Blend the vegetable mixture to a fine paste.<br>- Put the blended paste back to the pot and allow it to come to a simmer.<br>- Add desired seasonings of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red chili<br>flakes.<br>- Top it off with heavy cream or butter.<br>If you are adding cream, do not put it on high heat as it may curdle the cream.<br>Enjoy this soup with pasta or baked bread.
